The illustrations for the Tunak deck were commissioned by the author specifically for his work on the study of Tarot archetypes, with the aim of developing high fidelity images matching Ra’s descriptions – in the Egyptian style and taking into account all the corrections they offered – and at the same time with aesthetic considerations, and were executed by the talented and intuitive Marianna Porozhnyuk with artistic flair and beautiful detail that go far beyond simple line drawings.
The illustrations are included in the book; however, they are also available as separate 22-card decks, in two sizes: the standard Tarot deck size of 2.75×4.75 and the large size of 3.5×5.75 perfect for meditations.
